These are only few which i can list out from what i observed. There is no limit for such textures.

Difficult part is designing the styles. Once your style is ready, simple apply the style to your logo and there you go.

First you should design your style.

Creating A Style:

Open a new document in Photoshop. In a new layer, Draw some text.

Open Layer properties. Stylize your layer as you wish. I made somehting like this:

I applied Stroke - 5, Outside, White and Gradient Overlay.

Once you are done with style, Click the 'New Style' button on this Layer Style Dialog. Give a name for the Style. Once you save it, it will be displayed under 'Styles' tab of Photoshop.

As you can see, our style is part of Photoshop now. This is all it makes to create your own style.

Once you are done with it, Create your logo Text in a new Layer and apply this Layer Style to it. Its as simple as that.

You can get as many kinds of brushes now for free. Installing a Photoshop Brush is simple. Mostly brushes are available in .ABR formats.

Follow these simple steps to install those brushes in Photoshop CS4:

1. Download and Copy the ABR file to 'C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Brushes' folder.
2. In Photoshop, select Brush Tool(B).
3. Click the drop-down button besides the brush to show the different brushes.
4. Click 'Round Button' with arrow besides the Brush Size Filed to show a menu.
5. Select 'Load Brushes' and browse to the folder where ABR file is present.

Once you are done with above steps, you can see the brushes from that ABR file under Brush Tool.

We are going to discuss about a very very simple technique in photo-editing using Photoshop. We are oing to learn using Hue/Saturation in Photoshop. This is very effective if you want to change the color of any part of an image.

Using Hue/Saturation, we are going to change the color of retina of an eye. Once we are done with it, you will know how effective this option is in Photoshop.

First download a nice image of an eye, something like this...

Once you have image in Photoshop, select Magnetic Lasso tool or press L to select that tool. Using this tool, carefully select the retina of the eye making a selection.

In order to make the selection smooth, apply a  feather of 3px to the selection by going to Slect->Modify->Feather.

After applying Feather to selection, we are ready to change the color of the selected area.

Goto Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation or Ctrl+U. Following dialogue will appear

First check the Colorize checkbox.

Now move the Hue slider to your desired color and check the output. The selected area will be colorized as per the Hue settings. Isn't it wonderful....

I love blue eyes, so this is what i made...You can color as per your requirement.

This is the mostly used and effective option in Adobe Photoshop, which can create wonders with your imagination.
